Liberty Ink and Toner warrant all of its supplies for use in photocopiers, faxes, and printers. Each product has been specifically manufactured for use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).  
 
Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. These cartridges are manufactured and remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM.
 

The tampering of any Liberty Ink and Toner cartridge by any person or persons, other than by a Liberty Ink and Toner representative, voids all warranties and releases Liberty Ink and Toner from all liability. Liberty Ink and Toner's limited warranty is void on all compatible and remanufactured cartridges that are more than one (6) months old from the date of purchase. 
 
For all claims of defective products purchased from Liberty Ink and Toner, the customer must contact Liberty Ink and Toner to obtain a RMA number for the defective product.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LIBERTY INK AND TONER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
