All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time they are placed and will be shipped from our warehouse the same day the order is processed, unless after postal hours. Please allow 3-4 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to arrive once they leave our facility.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is free for orders over $50.00. All orders under $50.00 are shipped at a flat fee of $5.95. There are faster shipping methods available. The fee's are according to FedEx Rates, unless otherwise stated such as coupon codes or special promotion.

Note: If the name on your billing address does not match the name on your credit card it will delay your order. If your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, you can expedite your order by adding that address to your credit card issuers' records or explain during checkout.
Return Policy:
Under our warranty policy, you may return a product for either a refund, replacement or exchange if you are not 100% satisfied. We have a 90-day full money-back product performance guarantee. If within 90 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will replace your items or refund your money. After 90 days, we can only accept returns for replacements up to 6 months from the original date of purchase.
Customers may return "non-defective cartridges" for a refund or exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee on non-defective cartridges that are returned for the following reasons:
Customer changed his or her mind after placing their order.
Customer ordered the wrong cartridges.
We will honor our 100% product performance guarantee, with an exchange or refund based on the following guidelines:
Cartridge performs poorly upon installation.
Cartridge is damaged during shipping.
Cartridge must contain at least 75% of the original ink.
We must receive the package before issuing a refund or replacement.
Returning a product for a refund, replacement or exchange is easy. Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure your return is taken care of in a timely manner.
- In order for us to quickly process your request, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form before sending anything back us.
- In the past, some of our customers have requested new products without ever returning their defective merchandise, therefore we are unable to re-ship or issue refunds until we receive the products being returned first.
- Important: all non-defective products such as "exchanges" must be returned in their original packaging in as-new condition.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return from the time it arrives at our facility. All refund requests will be completed within the amount of time previously stated, but please note that it may take your bank or credit card company up to 30 days to apply your credit. Unfortunately we have no control over how long your bank or credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we successfully submit information to them.
